As requested, FINALLY the recipe for my shredded crock pot chicken is here. As you'll see, I like to keep my ingredients simple. Therefore I use real ingredients to give my food some more flavor.

Here's what I used:

3 full chicken breasts

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 green pepper

1/2 onion (diced)

1 tbs minced garlic

Carrots (optional)

Salt

Pepper

**Cook in a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours**

During the cooking process, there is no need to add water or oil into the pot, the vegetables will give the chicken the perfect texture.

TRUST THE PROCESS!

After the chicken has cooked, use a fork to shred the chicken. At this point the chicken will be so soft it will practically shred on its own.

I love this chicken with anything, even on its own! My favorite way to have it is making chicken tacos using corn tortillas, homemade guac, and salsa.

I hope you enjoy!

Danielle
